摘　　要：硫基喷浆复合肥工艺采用一次中和反应,正常的氮、磷、钾养分质量比为10.5∶19.5∶15.0,山东红日阿康化工股份有限公司通过补氮工艺使硫基喷浆复合肥装置生产合格的15-15-15复合肥产品。介绍补氮工艺及存在问题。提出在尿液中添加改性剂A和稳定剂B增强尿液附着力,可以将氮质量分数提高5个百分点,且颗粒强度高,质量稳定。S- based compound fertilizer uses neutralization reaction, normal mss ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient is 10.5：19.5：15.0, through adding nitrogen process, the qualified 15- 15- 15 compound fertilizer products of S- based compound fertilizer plant is produced in Shandong Hongri Acron Chemical Joint Stock Company, Ltd. The adding nitrogen process and its existing problems are introduced. It is pointed that adding modifier A and stabilizer B in urea liquid increases adhesive force of urea liquid, the mass fraction of nitrogen is increased by 5 percentage , and the particles has high intensity and stable quality.
