摘 要:目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)水平的相关性。方法:收集2015年3月至2016年12月于深圳市第二人民医院妇科和内分泌科门诊患者,选择PCOS患者54例,测定其血清AMH、生殖激素水平、空腹血糖、胰岛素,以稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)<2.14分为非胰岛素抵抗组(NIR组)共32例,HOMA-IR≥2.14为胰岛素抵抗组(IR组)22例。进行组间比较分析AMH水平与HOMA-IR的关系。结果:NIR组患者与IR组患者的血清AMH比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AMH与HOMA-IR无明显相关关系。结论:PCOS患者的血清AMH与胰岛素抵抗水平无相关关系。Objective To explore the relationship between anti-müllerian hormone(AMH) and insulin resistance(IR) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods 54 PCOS patients were analyzed. AMH levels, fast blood glucose, fast blood insulin and sex hormone were assessed. Homeostatic model assessment of tissue insulin sensitivity(HOMA-IR) was calculated. All the patients were divided into 2 groups: HOMA-IR〈2.14 was the NIR group(n=32), HOMA-IR ≥ 2.14 was the IR group(n=22). The relationship in AMH, insulin resistance in patients with PCOS was studied. Results NIR group and IR group showed no significant difference in AMH level. AMH showed no significant correlation with HOMA-IR level in patients with PCOS.Conclusion The AMH level was not correlate with HOMA-IR level in patients with PCOS.
