二黄愈疡膏治疗湿热毒盛型糖尿病足溃疡临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二黄愈疡膏治疗湿热毒盛型糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年5月至2016年5月株洲市中医伤科医院临床收治的60例DFU患者(属湿热毒盛型),随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组给予基础治疗+二黄愈疡膏治疗,对照组给予基础治疗+百多邦治疗,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后,观察两组患者中医证候疗效、相关炎症指标变化及溃疡面积变化。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组均能降低白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等炎性指标,治疗组在降低CRP上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均能缩小溃疡面积,治疗组在缩小溃疡面积,促进溃疡修复上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二黄愈疡膏可有效改善临床症状、体征,降低相关炎性指标,促进溃疡愈合,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Erhuang Yuyang ointment in the treatment of dampness heat toxic diabetic foot ulcers（DFU）. Methods The clinical 60 cases of patients with DFU is dampness heat toxin Sheng type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, The treatment group received basic therapy ＋ Erhuang Yuyang ointment, The control group was given basic treatment ＋ baiduobang treatment, 10 days for 1 courses, After 2 courses of treatment, To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the change of related inflammation index and the change of ulcer area. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, There were significant differences（P 〈0.05）, The treatment group and the control group were able to reduce the WBC, NE %, CRP and other inflammatory indicators, The treatment group was lower than the control group on the CRP, There were significant differences（P 〈0.05）. Two groups were able to narrow the area of ulcer, The treatment group was better than the control group, There were significant differences（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Erhuang Yuyang ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the inflammatory index and Promote ulcer healing and Improve the quality of life of patients.
