摘　　要：2016年,有关急性肾损伤,慢性肾脏病以及慢性肾脏病相关并发症等方面有了较大的进展。本文就有关急性肾损伤的流行病学、生物学标志物、临床诊疗方法,慢性肾脏病的病理分类、诊断和治疗以及慢性肾脏病相关并发症等进行了综述。Major aspects of kidney disease study in 2016 were reviewed, such as acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and the complications related to chronic kidney disease. This paper summarized particularly the progress in the epidemiology, biomarkers and clinical treatment of acute kidney injury, the pathological classification, diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease, and complications of the diseases.
