吐鲁番市土地利用与生态环境协调发展分析

摘　　要：选用吐鲁番市2001-2013年土地利用与生态环境指标数据,构建土地利用与生态环境评价指标体系,用变异系数法计算权重,用综合评价函数计算综合得分、协调度和协调发展度.结果表明:土地利用与生态环境协调发展度总体上呈现增长的趋势,但整体发展水平不高,具体可分为3个阶段,第1阶段,平稳发展的4年(2001-2004),生态环境得分远高于土地利用,土地还未得到充分的利用,生态环境良好;第2阶段,波动较大的4年(2005-2008),随着经济的发展,土地开发力度加大,产业结构开始转变,协调性也转变为生态环境滞后型;第3阶段,逐渐增长变好的5年(2009-2013),2013年的协调度高达0.983,生态环境和土地利用稳步增长的同时在更加协调地发展.This paper selects Turpan City indicator data of land use and ecological environment from2001 to 2013,to build the evaluation index system,apply variation coefficient calculated from their weights,and calculate the composite score comprehensive evaluation function,coordination degree,and coordinated development degree.The result shows that the land use and ecological environment coordinated development of the overall growth inclease,but the overall development level is not high,and can be divided into three stages,the first stage：from 2001 to 2004,4years of steady development,ecological environment is much higher than that of land use score,land has not been fully utilized,ecological environment is good;the second stage：2005to 2008,4years fluctuations,with the development of economy,increase the intensity of land development,industrial structure began to change and coordination transformation for the ecological environment was lagged;The third stage：2009to 2013 the gradual growth of the five years,in 2013 the coordination of up to 0.983,the steady growth of the ecological environment and land use at the same time in a more coordinated development.
