摘　　要：本文研究了综合化经营对商业银行效率的影响,通过DEA交叉评价方法得到银行效率、以HHI指数代表银行经营水平进行实证。2007-2013年,14家上市商业银行的综合化经营水平、效率基本呈同向变动;面板回归显示,提高综合化经营水平有利于提高银行的效率,平稳的宏观经济增长、良好的金融市场发育水平等有利于提高银行效率。交互模型显示,规模越大,混业经营对银行效率的提升更明显;分类回归显示,综合化经营对大型国有商业银行效率的提升更明显,这是由于大型国有银行更容易产生范围经济与规模经济效应,同时综合化经营能够优化其业务结构。因此,不同规模的银行应采取差异化的经营战略,大型银行应推进综合化经营;中型银行在风险管理能力提升的前提下,可适度开展综合化经营;区域型银行应坚持专业化经营,审慎推进综合化经营。This paper studies the effect of the integrated operation on the efficiency of commercial banks, obtains the bank efficiency through the DEA cross evaluation method, and uses the HHI index to represent the bank operation level. In 2007-2013, the comprehensive operation level and efficiency of the 14 listed commercial banks changed in the same direction. The panel regression shows that the level of comprehensive management is conducive to improving the efficiency of banks, stable growth, good financial market development Level and so help to improve bank efficiency. The interactive model shows that the larger the scale, the more effective the improvement of the banking efficiency of mixed operation; classification regression shows that comprehensive management of large state-owned commercial banks to enhance the efficiency of more obvious, because large state-owned banks are more prone to economies of scale and scale Economic effects, while integrated operations can optimize their business structure. Different size banks should adopt differential marketing strategy. Large banks should optimize the structure and promote the mixed operation; Medium and small banks should promote professional management.
