基于文献计量学的超声引导下神经阻滞学科发展现状及趋势研究

摘　　要：目的 对“超声引导下神经阻滞的发展趋势”这一领域内所发表的文献进行计量统计分析,了解该学科发展趋势与研究现状.方法 通过在PubMed和SCI-E 2个数据库检索历年来发表的有关“超声引导下神经阻滞”的文献,借助GoPubMed平台和BIBLIOMETRC.COM分别对2个来源的文献数据进行文献计量学统计分析.结果 通过一系列比较分析,我们讨论了“超声引导下神经阻滞”的研究现状及发展趋势,得到该领域的核心研究力量,对发表此类文章的期刊和热点进行了总结.结论 超声引导下的神经阻滞,目前在国际已经逐渐开始进入研究缓慢阶段,但我国的相关研究仍然还处在上升阶段,目前该领域的领先力量仍然在美国加拿大等地,我们可以多加关注及追踪以提高自身的研究实力.Objective To study the development trend and research status of the subject in the field of ＆quot;the development trend of ultrasound-guided nerve block＆quot; by bibliometric analysis.Methods By using PubMed and SCI-E databases,we searched the literatures about＆quot; ultrasound-guided nerve block＆quot; published over these years,and used the GoPubMed platform and BIBLIOMETRC.COM to document the bibliometric data from two sources separately.Results Through a series of comparative analysis,we discussed the research status and development trend of ＆quot;ultrasound-guided nerve block＆quot;,obtained the core research force in this field,and summarized the periodicals and hot-spots of this article.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided nerve block has gradually entered the slow stage of research in the world,but the related research in our country is still in the rising stage.At present,the leading force in this field is still in the United States and Canada.We should pay more attention to track the trends and improve our research capabilities.
