摘  要:基于标量衍射理论,用傅里叶变换的形式表示了空心高斯光束、贝塞尔高斯光束、平顶高斯光束通过环形光阑的衍射场.运用D-FFT算法对其衍射特性进行了数值计算,得到了衍射场中轴向和径向的光强分布.分析了一些光学参数对衍射结果的影响,结果表明衍射特性与衍射距离、光束的阶数、圆环宽度等因素有关.Based on the scalar diffraction theory, the mathematical form of diffraction field of the hollow Gaussian beams, Bessel-Gaussian beams, and flattened Gaussian beams through a circular aperture is expressed as the form of Fourier transform. The D-FFT algorithm was used to calculate the diffraction characteristics, and the intensity distribution of the longitudinal and transverse directions in the diffraction field was obtained. The influence of some optical parameters on the diffraction was analyzed. The analysis results show that the diffraction characteristics are related to the diffraction distance, beam order, and ring width.
