摘  要:目的探讨超声波萃取野芭蕉总生物碱含量及其优化筛选。方法用正交试验方法,选取野生生长野芭蕉茎打粉过筛得到20、40、60、80目的野芭蕉粉末,分别在超声时间为20、30、40和50min,取样量为50、100、150和200mg。浸提剂量与取样量的比值为60、80、100和120倍。共16次实验,每次实验重复3次,取3次结果的平均值为野芭蕉总生物碱含量(%)。比较四种因素四水平提取取得碱含量的差异性。结果用超声波提取野芭蕉总生物碱,超声时间在20、30、40和50min时,其碱含量水平分别为(0.021±0.003)%、(0.032±0.038)%、(0.047±0.006)%和(0.035±0.003)%,超声时间为40min时,碱含量最高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);野芭蕉取样量在50、100、150mg和200mg时,其总碱含量分别为(0.031±0.018)%、(0.048±0.029)%、(0.030±0.014)%和(0.027±0.014)%,取样量为100mg时,碱含量最高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);野芭蕉粉末直径在20、40、60、80目时、其碱含量分别为(0.021±0.003)%、(0.032±0.038)%)、(0.047±0.006)%和(0.035±0.003)%。粉末直径为60目时,碱含量最高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);浸提剂量与取样量的比值在60、80、100和120倍时,其碱含量水平分别为(0.021±0.003)%、(0.032±0.038)%、(0.047±0.006)%和(0.035±0.003)%,取样量与浸提剂量比值为100倍时,碱含量最高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声波萃取野芭蕉总生物碱实用有效,在超声时间为40min、并且在粉末直径为60目、浸提剂量与取样量的比值100倍等情况下提取,取得野芭蕉生物总碱含量水平最高。Objective To explore the method of ultrasonic in extraction of content of total alkaloids extraction of musa acuminata eolla and its optimized screening. Methods Orthogonal experiment method was used to select Musa acuminata stem powder sieving to get Musa acuminata powder of 20,40,60,80Mu.The sampling rate 50,100,150 and 200mg were sampling respectively in different ultrasonic timerespectively at ultrasonic time20,30,40,50min,The ratio of extraction dose to sampling rates were 60,80,100 and 120 times.A total of 16 experiments,each experiment was repeated 3 times,the results of the average value of the 3 times was the total alkaloid content of the wild (%). Differences of alkali content sampling from of four factors and four levels were compared. Results The alkali contents were (0.021 ±0.003)%, (0.032 ± 0.038)%,(0.047 ±0.006)%and (0.035 ± 0.003)%,when ultrasound time was 20,30,40,and 50min.The alkali content was the highest when the ultrasonic time was 40 min,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).The alkali contents were (0.031 ± 0.018)%,(0.048 ±0.029)%, (0.030 ±0.014)% and (0.027 ±0.014)%,when the sampling rates were 50,100,150 and 200rag.The alkali content was the highest,when the sample was 100mg,but the difference was not statistically signifieant(P 〉 0.05).The alkali contents were (0.021±0.003)%, (0.032 ±0.038)%,(0.047 ±0.006)% and (0.035 ±0.003)%,when musa acuminata colla POwder diameter were 20,40,60,80mesh.The alkali content was the highest,when powder diameter was 60,and the difference was statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.01).Alkali content were (0.021 ±0.003)%,(0.032 ± 0.038)%,(0.047 ±0.006)% and (0.035 ±0.003)%,when the ratio of extraction dose to sampling rates were 60,80,100 and 120Times.The base eontent was the highest,when the ratio of the sample dose to the extraction ratio was 100 times,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).
