Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of PiCCO monitoring technology in volume management of pneumonia combined with heart failure. Methods 30 eases of patients with pneumonia combined with heart failure cured in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group with 15 cases in each. Patients in observation group were carried on the PiCCO monitor technology, and patients in control group were treated with multi-functional monitor monitoring. The various indicators of change of the two groups were observed. Results The liquid recovery after 48 h, the CI rise of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. Decline ranges of EVLW, GEDV, SVRI, PCWP were significantly better than those of control group(P 〈 0.05), there was statistical significance. Each indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P 〈 0.05), there were statistical significancea. Conclusion PiCCO monitor technology can effectively monitor the patient's heart before and after loading, and cardioc function indexes. It can guide patients with liquid recovery treatment. It can prevent the liquid for overload or shortage for the prevention of the ill effects of the body has a significant effect.
