腹腔镜下鞘状突高位结扎加穿刺抽液治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究与观察腹腔镜下鞘状突高位结扎加穿刺抽液治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2016年5月期间的100例鞘膜积液患儿为研究对象,将其根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组的50例患儿进行常规的开放手术治疗,观察组的50例患儿则进行腹腔镜下鞘状突高位结扎加穿刺抽液治疗,然后将两组患儿的手术时间、出血量、水肿发生率、术后住院时间、术前及术后的生存质量进行比较。结果观察组中单侧及双侧患儿的手术时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,出血量小于对照组,水肿发生率低于对照组,术后的生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下鞘状突高位结扎加穿刺抽液治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床效果较好,对于患者造成的外科创伤性炎性反应也有积极的控制效果,因此其应用价值较高。Objective To study and observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation and puncture drainage in the treatment of children with hydrocele of tunica vagifialis. Methods 100 children with hydrocele of tunica vaginalis during the time of January 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the study object, and they were divided into two groups according to the differences of treatment methods, 50 children of control group were treated with conventional open operation,50 children of observation group were treated with laparoscopic high ligation and puncture drainage, then the operation time, blood loss, edema rates, postoperative hospitalization time, life quality before and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of observation group with unilateral and bilateral lesions were shorter than those of control group, the blood loss were less than those of control group, the edema rates were lower than those of control group, the postoperative life quality score were all higher than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）, the differences of two groups were all significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopie high ligation and puncture drainage in the treatment of children with hydrocele of tuniea vaginalis is better, and the control effect for the traumatic inflammatory reaction is active too, so its application value is higher.
