摘 要:土壤中有效钾供应不足已成为目前玉米生产的主要限制因素之一。以耐低钾玉米自交系90-21-3、91-2和不耐低钾玉米自交系D937、N40为试材,研究低钾胁迫下不同耐性玉米自交系生长的影响。研究发现低钾胁迫下,玉米光合面积减少,地上部干重下降,比叶重增加,对不同耐性玉米自交系叶片中可溶性糖含量的测定结果表明,叶片中可溶性糖含量均降低。Insufficient potassium availability has seriously limited maize(Zea Mays L.) production. Potassium element performs the adjustment function through the promotion of plant phosphorylation, chlorophyll synthesis and photosynthate transportation.Potassium deficiency affects the photosynthetic metabolism. In this experiment, maize inbred lines 90-21-3 and 91-2(tolerant to K+deficiency) and D937 and N40(sensitive to K+ deficiency) were used to investigate and compare the effects of potassium deficiency on photosynthetic metabolism in order to provide theoretical basis of growth. The results were as follows: Maize photosynthetic leaf area,shoot dry weight decreased under low potassium stress,the content of soluble sugar in leaves of maize inbred lines with different tolerance showed that the content of soluble sugar in leaves decreased with the increase of specific leaf weight.
