前牙IPS e.max Press瓷贴面美学修复的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价IPS e.max Press全瓷贴面修复前牙的临床疗效。方法:选择46例患者的108个前牙,进行IPS e.max Press全瓷贴面修复,修复后每半年复查,随访3年,参考改良美国公共健康协会评价标准评价其临床效果。结果:108个全瓷贴面在修复完成后6个月,七项评价指标均达到A级;修复后1年随访,修复体完整性及修复体磨损:各有2个贴面为B级;修复2年后,1名患者(3个牙)失访;修复体完整性:4个贴面B级、1个C级,修复体磨损:2个B级、1个C级;修复3年后,修复体完整性:5个B级、2个C级,磨损参数及边缘适合性各有3个B级、2个C级。结论:IPS e.max Press全瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中能够获得良好效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of ceramic veneers for the esthetical restoration of anterior teeth. Methods 46 patients were recruited in the study. Totally 108 veneers were made with IPS e.max press ceramic for restoring anterior teeth. The patients were asked to return at every half year during the three year period, and all veneers were carefully evaluated with modified USPHS criteria. Results All 108 veneers achieved class A at the six month appointment. After one year observation, two veneers were classified as B for integrity test and two veneers were classified as B for abrasion parameter. One patient with three veneers dropped out of the study at the two year appointment examination. Four veneers were classified as class B, and one veneer classified as class C for integrity parameter. As for abrasion parameter, two veneers were classified as B and one veneer as C. After three years, five veneers were classified as class B, and two veneers classified as class C for integrity parameter. As for abrasion and marginal adaptation parameter, three veneers were classified as B and two veneers as C. Conclusion IPS e.max Press veneers could provide successful clinical outcome in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
