摘　　要：目的:探讨早期干预对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响因素研究。方法:纳入我科2015年1月-2016年1月收治的重度烧伤患者60例,分为实验组和对照组各30例。对照组采取一般专科护理,实验组实施早期综合性护理干预,然后应用烧伤的康复评定方法对患者的生活质量进行系统评价,对比分析两组生活质量变化情况。结果:通过护理干预后,实验组患者关节活动范围、肌力、瘢痕挛缩程度、日常生活活动、心理健康等指标评分均明显高于对照组,存在差异,有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于重度烧伤患者来说,实施系统的、早期的综合护理干预措施,可有效提高治疗效果,改善和提高患者的生活质量,具有临床意义。Objective To explore the impact factors of early nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with severe burn injury. Methods All 60 patients with severe burn injury which were administrated in the department of burns and cutaneous surgery of Xijing hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into high grade group（n=30） and conventional group（n=30） according to random number method. Patients in conventional group were treated with general nursing, and in high grade group were administrated with early comprehensive nursing. To contrast the difference of the life quality of these two groups, all patients were applied to the systematic method of burn rehabilitation assessment. Results After nursing intervention, indexes of high grade group were higher than conventional group, including the range of joint movement, muscle tension, degree of scar hyperplasia and contraction, mental health, daily life activity, and occupational ability, et al.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic, early comprehensive nursing intervention efficiently ameliorated the outcome of burn treatment and improve the life quality of patients with severe burn injury, which could be useful in clinical application.
