产业转移背景下边缘地区域创新发展动力研究

摘　　要：边缘地在产业转移背景下迎来发展契机,可以基于自身资源禀赋和优惠政策走一条与发达核心地区不同的创新发展之路。边缘地区域创新发展有来自政策供给的源动力和产业转移的外部推动力,以及政府主导型、企业主导型和创新自发运行三种模式。边缘地可以在政府、企业、中介机构和科研机构创新主体的内部运行机制以及政策、技术、经济、社会影响因素的外部动力机制下展开区域创新,促进边缘地跨越式发展。With the development opportunity under the background of industry transfer, edges can take the innovation development road of different from developed core areas by means of their own resources endowment and preferential policy. The regional innovation develop- ment of edges has both source power of pdicy supply and external driving force of industry transfer, and has ~three modes in terms of gov- ernment leading, enterprise leading and innovative spontaneous operation. Edges should apply the internal operating mechanism which takes the government, enterprises, intermediary institutions and scientific research institution as innovation main body, and use the exter- nal motivation mechanism by the influence factors of policy, technology, economy and society, so as to promote the regional innovation and leapfrog development.
