摘　　要：啦啦操运动风靡全球,广受青少年喜爱,在国内大中小学也得到较好的普及推广,啦啦操运动水平也逐步提升,但与世界强队相比仍存在较大差距。论文采用文献资料法、录像对比分析法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对2015年啦啦操世锦赛前八名成套动作中的托举难度动作进行分析,旨在了解把握世界技巧啦啦操发展的方向,掌握最新的技术。Cheerleading has taken the world by storm, becomes very popular among young people, and is also popular among primary schools, secondary schoos and colleges in China. Cheerleading level is gradually improving, but there is still a large gap against the woad top teams. This paper makes a research on the lifts in the complete set of top 8 in 2015 eheerleading Championships with the methods of literature, video comparative analysis, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, in order to grasp the woad cheedeading development direction, and master the new skills.
