湖南省岳阳市学龄前幼儿体质监测结果分析与比较

摘　　要：探讨学龄前幼儿形态、机能和素质指标的城乡差异,为制订幼儿工作政策提供依据。方法:采取随机整群抽样的原则选取监测对象,按照《2014年国民体质检测标准》进行监测。选取各形态指标、机能指标、素质指标对城乡男女幼儿的体质状况进行分析。结果:3~6岁男性城镇幼儿与乡村幼儿在身体形态指标方面,除5岁幼儿身高有明显差异外,其余无明显差异。在身体机能方面,除3岁男童组和4岁女童组出现明显的城乡差异(p≤0.01)外,其余年龄段均无明显差异。在身体素质方面,除4~6岁女幼儿立定跳远城镇高于乡村外,女幼儿其他素质指标和男幼儿素质指标相比,均是乡村优于城镇或无明显差异。结论:城镇幼儿身体形态水平明显高于乡村幼儿,而素质指标则是乡村幼儿水平明显高于城镇幼儿。This paper investigates the differences of indicators between urban and rural of preschoolers＇ body shape, function and quality index, in order to provide the basis evidence for policy formulation of kids work. Methods： According to National Physical Testing Standards of 2014, the monitoring respondents are selected by random cluster sampling principles. The analysis involves indicators of preschoolers＇ form, function and quality of preschoolers＇ physique conditions in urban area. Results ： In indicators of preschoolers （3 to 6 years＇ old） ＇ form, boys show no differences between urban and rural, apart from the height of five - year - old boys. In indicators of preschoolers＇ function, the group of three - year - old boys and four - year - old girls show significant differences between urban and rural （p ≤ 0. 01 ）, and no other differences. In indicators of preschoolers＇ quality, the level of four to six years old girls in urban area is better than that of rural area in terms of standing long jump. For other indicators of preschoolers＇ quality, there is no significant difference or the indicators in rural area are better than that of urban area. Conclusion： The indicator of preschoolers＇ physical form is much higher than rural area. However, the indicator of preschoolers＇ quality of rural area is much higher than urban area.
