云南少数民族传统体育射弩的传承困境及对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法,对云南少数民族传统体育射弩的传承困境及对策进行研究。研究认为:传承场地受限,传承经费不足、射弩器材数量无法满足传承所需,非物质文化遗产申报工作落后,射弩未进入非物质文化遗产保护名录,传承人制度建设落后,民族传统与竞赛苦撑传承等是云南射弩传承所面临的艰难困境。研究提出以下对策:多渠道筹措传承所需资金,多渠道研发、制作器材,降低弩器价格,灵活使用现有场地,逐步增加射弩专有场地数量,加速射弩非物质文化遗产申报工作进程,争取早日进入名录,加速射弩传承人制度建设步伐,立法保护传承人合法权益,努力维系民间射弩传统,进一步完善射弩竞赛体系。研究旨在丰富射弩研究内容体系的同时,促进射弩高效、有序传承。Based on literature and interview methods, this article studies the inheritance predicaments and countermeasures of crossbow which is labeled as traditional minority sports in Yunnan. The result shows the predicaments confronted in crossbow inheritance： limited sites, insufficient funds and crossbow equipment can t meet the inheritance demands; the declaration of intangible cultural heritage and inheritor system contruction stand still; crossbow is unlisted in protection catalogue; inheritance relies on ethnic tradition and competitions. Countermeasures includes： raising funds from multiple channels; researching and producing equipment in multi ways; reducing the crossbow price; flexible using existing sites; gradually increasing exclusive sites; accelerating the process of intangible cultural heritage declaration; maintaining folk crossbow tradition; and quickly constructing the inheritor systems. The study aims at enriching research contents systems and promoting efficient and orderly inheritance of crossbow.
