摘　　要：文章试图通过聚焦柯文先生对义和团运动的研究,剖析其运用心理学、比较宗教学、人类学和社会学等跨学科的理论方法,研究历史记忆与现实之间的复杂关系。通过分析义和团运动引用的跨学科研究方法,最终对此事有一个全新的认识,这对于理解历史记忆与现实重构有很大帮助。Focusing on Paul A. Cohen＇s study about the Boxers＇ Movement, the paper analyzes his interdisciplinary theoretical methods by using psychology, comparative religion, anthropology and sociology to study the complex relationship between historical memory and reality. By analyzing the interdisciplinary research methods of reference to Boxers＇ Movement, a new understanding of the matter is achieved, which is of great help to understand the historical memory and the reconstruction of the reality.
