摘　　要：以文化人是以习近平为总书记的党中央提出培育践行社会主义核心价值观的新策略。以文化人培育大学生文化自觉与自信意义重大。当前高校以文化人培育大学生文化自觉与自信过程中存在由谁来"化"、用什么"文"来"化"、"化"什么和怎么"化"等现实困境。需要加强组织领导,高扬先进文化旗帜,关注大学生文化需求动态,创建科学的"化"人方式与制度等路径,构建以文化人培育大学生文化自觉与自信的良好育人体系。Culturalized Education, a new strategy cultivated to practice the socialism core values, is put forward by the Central Committee of CPC with Xi Jinping as the general secretary. It is a significant tactic to cultivate college students＇ cultural consciousness and self-confidence. At present, in the process of cultivating college students＇ cultural consciousness and self-confidence, the colleges and universities meet realistic predicament, such as ＂what＂ to culturalize, ＂what＂ and ＂how＂ to educate. To build a good education system in the cultivation of college students＇ cultural consciousness and cultural confidence, the colleges and universities should strengthen the organizational leadership, advocate advanced culture, pay attention to students＇ cultural needs, and create a scientific ＂dynamic＂ method and system.
