摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小兴安岭野生香薷与蒮香地上部分挥发油并利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GCMS)检测,通过自动质谱解卷积定性系统(AMDIS)结合程序升温保留指数(PTRIs)鉴定技术对GC-MS数据进行化学成分分析。在香薷与蒮香挥发油中鉴定出42种与41种化学成分,分别占总积分面积的92.80%与97.92%;香薷挥发油中主要成分为去氢香薷酮(58.17%)和香薷酮(18.40%),蒮香挥发油中主要化成分为甲基胡椒醚(68.20%)、柠檬烯(7.54%)、甲基丁香酚(6.26%)及丁香烯(4.72%),小兴安岭野生蒮香的化学型为甲基胡椒醚型。The essential oil of Elsholtzia ciliate and Agatache rugosa aerial parts grossing in Xiao Hinggan Mountains were obtained by stem distillation and detected by GCMS. The GC-MS data of essential oil was processed using automated mass spectral deconvolution and identification system(AMDIS) and temperature programmed retention indices(PTRIs) identification techniques. The chemical composition analysis result showed 42 and 41 compounds were identified,accounted 92. 80% and 97. 92% of chromatography total integral area of essential oil from E. ciliate and A. rugosa,respectively. The predominant components of E. ciliate essential oil were dehydroelsholtzia ketone(58. 17%) and elsholtzia ketone(18. 16%),while the main components of A. rugosa essential oil were esdragol(68. 20%),limonene(7. 54%),methyl eugenol(6. 26%),and caryophyllene(4. 72%). Its suggested the chemotype of A.rugosa sample collected from Xiao Hinggan Mountains belongs to esdragol type.
