摘 要:我国正处在城镇化的快速发展时期,伴随着城镇人口的快速增加,住房短缺问题将长期存在。与此同时,我国还存在住房大量空置现象,甚至出现一方面一房难求,另一方面一些人拥有多套住房却不愿出租的怪现象。大量住房空置,不仅加剧了住房短缺,也带来了资源浪费、社会不公等不良后果。因此,分析住房空置的原因,借鉴国外有关经验,提供我国对住房空置的对策建议,对促进住房市场健康发展、促进住房公平具有重要意义。China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, with the rapid increase in urban population, housing shortage will exist for a long time.
