我国住房空置问题的分析及对策

摘　　要：我国正处在城镇化的快速发展时期,伴随着城镇人口的快速增加,住房短缺问题将长期存在。与此同时,我国还存在住房大量空置现象,甚至出现一方面一房难求,另一方面一些人拥有多套住房却不愿出租的怪现象。大量住房空置,不仅加剧了住房短缺,也带来了资源浪费、社会不公等不良后果。因此,分析住房空置的原因,借鉴国外有关经验,提供我国对住房空置的对策建议,对促进住房市场健康发展、促进住房公平具有重要意义。China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, with the rapid increase in urban population, housing shortage will exist for a long time. At the same time, our country also has a large number of vacant housing phenomenon, even a hard to find a room, on the other hand, some people have more housing units are reluctant to rent the strange phenomenon. A large number of vacant housing, not only exacerbated the shortage of housing, also brought the waste of resources, social injustice and other adverse consequences. Therefore, analysis of the causes of housing vacancy, relevant experience from abroad, providing suggestions and Countermeasures of the housing vacancy in our country, to promote the healthy development of the housing market, the promotion of Housing Fair is of great significance.
