摘  要:通过协调度模型分析计算经济系统与水环境系统耦合程度,运用超越对数随机前沿生产函数(SFA)构造水资源利用效率的投入产出函数,并对城市水资源利用效率进行测算。以北京为例,测算经济系统与水环境系统的耦合状态和耦合效果。结果表明,1997-2014年共18 a,北京市经济系统与水环境系统的协调发展指数整体呈上升趋势,经历了从基本协调、良好协调、优质协调和完美协调4个阶段;经济系统与水环境系统的耦合度与水资源利用效率基本保持一致,整体呈上升趋势,且水资源利用效率随着系统间耦合度的提高而提高。By using the coordination degree calculation model, coupling degree of economic system and the water environmental system is calculated. On this basis, the paper introduces the efficiency of urban water resources utilization, and uses transcendental logarithm of SFA to construct the input and output function of water resource utilization efficiency, and estimates the efficiency of water resource utilization. Lastly, through the typical example of Beijing City.With the model methods described above, the results show that there exists a mutual connection between the economic system and the water environmental system during 18 years from 1997 to 2014. The coordination degree between economic system and the water environmental system is rising, which evolved from the basic coordination, good coordination, wonderful coordination to perfect coordination. The coupling degree is basically consistent with the water resource utilization efficiency and the trend is on the whole upward. The water resource utilization efficiency increases with the increase in the coupling degree of the systems.
