摘  要:探讨了山区河流防洪避难系统的设计和研究内容,提出了动态规划中最优控制方法及有容量的点线结合型的防洪避难模型。利用Dijkstra算法静态求解灾民撤退的最短路径,利用路阻函数模型动态分析路网的实时交通状况,将路网预警级别划分成4个不同的水平。提出了防洪避难场所的建设与选址原则,开创性地利用界壳理论分析了安置区的人口优化问题,并以盐边县为例分析了防洪避难系统的研究。模型提出的理论具有通用性,也可用于国内其他洪水淹没区的分析研究。Discusses the design and research contents of the flood prevention and evacuation system in mountainous areas, which puts forward the optimal control method in dynamic programming and has the capacity of the point line combination model of flood refuge. Dijkstra algorithm is used to solve the shortest path of the evacuation of the victims, the road resistance function model is used to analyze the real-time traffic condition of the road network, and the road network warning level is divided into 4 different levels. In this paper, the construction of flood shelters and location principle is pioneered by shell theory analysis of the population resettlement area optimization problem, and to Yanbian County is used as an example to analyze the flood refuge system research. The theory presented in this model is universal and can be used to analyze and study other flooded areas in China.
