构建儿科护理质量评价体系的研究

摘　　要：目的构建具有儿科护理专科特性的质量评价指标体系,为规范化的专科护理质量评价提供参考依据。方法采用文献回顾和结构式专家访谈初步确定评价指标框架,应用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询,结合重要性赋值及层次分析法确定各级指标权重,并对函询结果进行统计分析。结果第1轮和第2轮函询的专家权威系数平均值分别为0.89、0.87;专家积极系数分别为86.70%、96.15%,专家协调程度分别为0.316和0.378(P<0.01),专家意见集中程度较高,最终形成了包含结构、过程、结果的3项一级指标、11项二级指标、34项三级指标的儿科护理质量评价体系。结论基于Delphi法构建的儿科护理质量评价体系意见集中,可信度高,可有效促进临床护理质量持续改进。Objective To construct the pediatric care quality evaluation indicator system and provide reference for standard specialist nursing quality eval- uation. Methods Based on literature review and expert interview, the framework of evaluation was initially established. Then two rounds of expert consultation were carried out with Delphi method, the weights of all levels of indexes were determined by using analytic hierarchy process combined with the importance of as- signment, and the results of consultation were analyzed statistically. Results The expert authority coefficient were 0.89 and 0. 87 , positive coefficient of experts were 86.70% and 96.15% ,expert coordination were 0. 316 and 0. 378 （P 〈0.01 ）. The degree of concentration was higher. The pediatric care quality evaluh- tion indicator system was formed including 3 primary indicators, 11 second class indicators and 34 third class indicators. Conclusion The pediatric care quality evaluation indicator system based on the Delphi method had the better credibility, and it can promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.
