摘　　要：目的调查住院患者跌倒、坠床现状,为降低跌倒、坠床发生率提供依据。方法对2013年10月1日至2016年3月31日发生的205例跌倒、坠床住院患者的不良事件进行回顾性的分析。结果年龄、护理级别、如厕等因素是发生跌倒、坠床的主要原因;上下床、行走中为跌倒、坠床的发生率高于其他行为;患有脑血管疾病、2型糖尿病足溃疡患者跌倒、坠床发生率显著高于其他基础病患者。结论跌倒、损伤在20~90岁均有发生,从50岁进入高发年龄段;205例患者中,其他原因引起的跌倒均有发生,以如厕为目的的发生率高。Objective To investigate the current situation of falling and falling bed in hospital, and to provide evidence for reducing the incidence of falling and falling bed. Method Retrospective analysis on the adverse events of 205 cases of failing and falling bed in hospital from October 1 st in 2013 to March 31 st in 2016. Results The age, nursing level and defecation were the main reasons for the falling and falling out of bed. The rate of fall and falling out of bed in get- ting out of bed and walking were higher than that of other behavior,falling and falling bed occurrence rates of patients with cerebrovascular diseases and type 2 di- abetic foot ulcers were significantly higher than that of patients with other underlying diseases. Conclusion Fall,injury occurs from 20 to 90 years old,50 years old is the beginning of high incidence age ;205 patients in the falling and falling bed, and falling for the purpose of defcation has a high incidence rate.
