摘  要:为筛选抗旱的白三叶新品种,以盆栽的方式,对生长了64d的^(60)Co-γ诱变白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)海发品种扩繁苗进行持续干旱处理21d,通过测定地上(地下)鲜重、地上(地下)干重、叶绿素、相对含水量、叶片保水力、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,比较诱变材料与未诱变材料耐旱性的差异,采用标准差赋予权重法对材料的耐旱性进行综合评价。经过筛选,120份诱变材料中共得到97个突变体。材料间除了叶绿素和叶片保水力2个指标差异不显著外,其他指标均差异显著(P<0.05)。通过综合评价可知,共有41份诱变材料的综合评价值大于未诱变材料Ⅲ,说明这41份材料的耐旱性强于材料Ⅲ,同时筛选出4份极端耐旱材料,分别为Ⅲ40-1、Ⅲ70-2、Ⅲ70-3和Ⅲ70-5。Screening for new varieties of white clover,the cutting seedlings of mutagenic white clover Haifa varieties by^(60)Co-γ,which had grown 64 din pots,were treated with water stress for 21 days.The mutants were then evaluated by measuring the ground/underground fresh-and dry weight,chlorophyll,relative water content,water retention of leaves,MDA,electrical conductivity,soluble sugar and Pro.And the differences between the mutation and the original materials were compared.Besides,the materials' drought tolerance ability was evaluated by using the standard deviation coefficient of weight method.The results showed that 97 mutants were selected from 120 materials.Parameters excluding chlorophyll content and water retention of leaves,displayed significant differences(P 0.05).Through comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive values of 41 mutagenic materials were greater than those of original materialⅢ.It meant the drought tolerance of 41 materials was stronger than original material,and 4extremely drought tolerance materials were identified(Ⅲ40-1,Ⅲ70-2,Ⅲ70-3andⅢ70-5).
