摘 要:为解决加工番茄品质评价方法中主观性强、评价标准较为单一和结果不直观等问题,采用熵值赋权的DTOPSIS法对加工番茄品质的多性状评价体系进行研究。以新疆北坡某种植基地番茄样本数据为例,对加工番茄品质的多个典型性状进行评价,结果表明:1)本研究利用熵权赋值的方法,避免了评价的主观性和对传统经验的依赖性;2)DTOPSIS法综合考量了多个加工番茄品质性状,避免了评价标准的单一性;3)可根据产品的定制需求,设置正向、固定、负向指标要求,有效地对品种适合度进行排序,得到直观的量化评价结果;4)对比熵值赋权的灰色关联度法,本研究对加工番茄品质优劣的区分度更加明显。该方法对于番茄个性化产品的原料多性状评价具有一定的可行性和实用性。To solve the problems of strong subjectivity, singleness of evaluation criteria and nonintuitive results,which appeared in evaluation methods of the processing tomato quality, the DTOPSIS method based on entropy weight was employed in the evaluation system to process tomato quality on multiple traits. According to field experiment data at the north slope of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang, a number of typical characters of processing tomato quality were evaluated. The results showed that: 1) In this study,the use of entropy weight index voided the subjectivity and reliance on traditional experience; 2) The adoption of DTQPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate multiple traits of the processing tomato quality avoided the single evaluation criteria;3) According to the needs of product requirements, positive,fixed and negative index were set to sort the fitness of different varieties effectively. And intuitive evaluation result was obtained. The evaluation method built in this study is feasible and practical for the evaluation of the materials for customized tomato product.
