河北省唐山市2015年艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊资料分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling testing,VCT)服务人群的特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)以及梅毒感染状况,为更有针对性地开展VCT工作提供科学依据。方法使用Excel 2003软件将2015年唐山市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊资料数据导出并建立数据库,使用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析,对一般人口学资料进行描述性分析,采用卡方检验比较不同年龄组、不同求询者的HIV、梅毒检测结果。结果共有891人接受咨询检测服务,男女性别比为6.36∶1,29~39岁组青壮年占83.95%;求询者类型以男男性性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)为多,占33.11%(295人)。接受HIV检测891人,检出阳性52人,阳性率为5.84%。其中50人为男性,HIV抗体阳性率为6.49%;2人为女性,HIV抗体阳性率为1.65%。不同年龄组求询者的HIV抗体检测结果经x2检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=81.943,P<0.01)。接受梅毒检测891人,检出阳性11人,阳性率为1.23%。总之,男男同性性行为者HIV抗体和梅毒抗体阳性率最高,分别为15.3%和2.0%;HIV抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.563,P<0.01)。结论 VCT是发现HIV感染者或艾滋病病例的有效途径,是开展高危行为干预的重要窗口,要加强HIV/梅毒等性传播疾病的检测咨询工作,有效阻断性传播疾病在同性和异性间的传播。Objective To understand the tangshan HIV voluntary counseling testing（ VCT） services and the characteristics of population of HIV/AIDS virus（HIV） and syphilis infection status, work for a more targeted to carry out VCT provided the scien- tific basis. Methods Using Excel 2003 software will be 2015, the centers for disease control and prevention of tangshan VCT clinic data export and establish the database, using SPSS 21.0 software for statistical analysis, descriptive analysis on general demographic data, using chi - square test to compare different ages, different find the inquiring of HIV, syphilis test re- sults. Results A total of 891 people tested for consulting services, sex ratio of 6.36 ： 1, 29 to 39 years old young adults （83.95%） ; for the inquiring type MSM（men who have sex with men）for gay sex, 33. 11% （295 people）. 891 people tested for HIV, check out the positive 52 people, HIV antibody positive rate was 5.84%. 50 human male, HIV antibody positive rate was 6.49% ; 2 people as women, HIV antibody positive rate was 1.65%. Different age groups and the inquiring of HIV antibody test results vary, thex2 test（x2 = 81. 943, P 〈 0. 01 ）. A total of 891 people to detect syphilis, syphilis detection antibody was 11 people, positive rate was 1.23%. All in all, MSM sex HIV antibodies and syphilis antibody detection positive rate is highest, at 15.3% and 2. 0% respectively; HIV antibody detection rate of positive difference was statistically significant（x2 =71. 563, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion VCT is the effective way to find people living with HIV or AIDS patients, is an important window of high - risk behavior intervention. Strengthening of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/syphilis testing consulting work, not effec- tively transmitted diseases in same -sex and heterosexual transmission.
