摘 要:目的了解2014年乌鲁木齐该市引起腹泻患者腹泻的沙门菌的分子流行病学特征,为追踪传染来源,查找传播途径提供线索。方法将分离获得的76株沙门氏菌进行血清型鉴定,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对不同时间,不同地区的76株肠道沙门分离菌进行电泳分型,所得结果运用Bio Numerics 6.6软件进行聚类分析。结果 76株沙门菌血清分型检出最多的是肠炎沙门菌,占39.5%。所有76株沙门菌株酶切图谱分为41个PFGE型,分别命名为S-1~S-41,菌株间条带相似度为46.5%~100.0%。从时间分布上看,全年5~10月均能分离到沙门菌株,感染的高发季节为6月(27.6%,21/76)、7月(23.7%,18/76)和9月(23.7%,18/76)。结论 2014年乌鲁木齐市引起腹泻的沙门菌血清型以肠炎为主,PFGE分型较为分散;不同PFGE型别在时间及地区分布上均提示了一定的流行规律,应当引起重视。Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology characteristics of salmonella isolated from diarrhea cases, and to provide clues for source tracking of infection and finding the route of transmission. Methods Pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was applied to type 76 strains of Salmonella isolates In this research, the separation of 76 strains of salmonella were i- dentified by serotype identification, the total genomic DNA of the isolates run pulsedfield gel electrophoresis ( PFGE DK), the DNA fingerprints of different stains were analyzed by BioNumerics 6. 6 software to perform clustering. Results In the separation of 76 strains of Salmonella, the most of detected Salmonella was Salmonella typhimurium, accounting for 39. 5 %. The DNA fin- gerprints of 76 Salmonella were belonged to 41 PFGE pattern combinations. Similarity value of these strains was in the range of 46. 5% ~ 100. 0%. From the point of view of time distribution considering the temporal scale, all of the, Salmonella were detec- ted between May to October in 2014, the peak period mainly occurred in June( (27. 6%, 21/76), July(23. 7%, 18/76)and Septem- ber(23. 7%, 18/76). Conclusion Salmonela ervteriditics are the main serotype. The PFGE patterns of Salmonella show diversity, and It is notable that different type PFGE also prompt some popular nile in time and region distribution.
