摘  要:目的:探究复方丹参饮(FDT)对急性呼吸衰竭大鼠血清部分生化指标及细胞生长因子水平的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠30只随机分为对照组、模型组、FDT组,FDT组、模型组大鼠先复制急性呼吸衰竭大鼠模型,对照组和模型组大鼠给予等体积生理盐水灌胃,FDT组按2 700 mg/(kg·d)剂量给予FDT灌胃,每隔12 h灌胃1次,连续灌胃14次;于灌胃后第1、3和7天时采用生化法检测各组大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)水平。结果:与对照组比较,模型组血清AST与LDH水平升高,SOD水平降低,VEGF水平降低,而b FGF水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,FDT组血清AST与LDH水平降低,SOD、VEGF、b FGF水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且VEGF、b FGF水平在第3天达到高峰,第7天开始降低。结论:FDT可显著改变急性呼吸衰竭大鼠血清部分生化指标和VEGF、b FGF的水平。Objective:To explore the effect of compound danshen decoction on biochemical indexes and cell growth factor in rats with acute respiratory failure.Methods:30 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Danshen Decoction(FDT) groups.Rats in FDT group and model group were first to replicate the rat model of acute respiratory failure,and the control group and model group were fed with equal volume of normal saline,FDT group was given 2 700 mg/(kg/D)dose of FDT with every 12 h once,continuous filling for 14 times.On the first,third and seventh day,biochemical assay were used to test aspartate aminotransferase(AST),superoxide dismutase(SOD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels of all the groups,adopting enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to test serum VEGF and b FGF level.Results:Comparing with control group,serum AST and LDH levels of the model group were significantly increased,SOD levels decreased,VEGF and b FGF levels increased,differences have statistical significance(P〈0.05); comparing with model group,FDT group serum AST and LDH levels were decreased,SOD levels increased,VEGF and b FGF levels were significant increased,differences have statistical significance(P〈0.05); VEGF and b FGF levels reached peak on the third day,and they began to decrease on the seventh day.Conclusion:FDT sig-nificantly changed serum levels of biochemical indexes,and can significantly increase VEGF and b FGF levels.
