复发性流产患者早卵泡期及种植窗期性激素水平及免疫抗体检测

摘　　要：目的:分析性激素水平及免疫抗体水平与复发性流产(RSA)的关系。方法:选择有生育史的健康女性50例作为对照组,RSA女性50例作为实验组,采用化学发光法检测两组被检者早卵泡期促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)及泌乳素(PRL)水平,检测种植窗期雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平;用ELISA酶联免疫法检测两组被检者抗精子抗体(ASAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACAb)、抗卵巢抗体(AOAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb),抗滋养层抗体(TAAb)、抗透明带抗体(ZAAb)及抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体(Ah CGAb)。结果:早卵泡期实验组血清中E2、T水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);种植窗期实验组E2及E2/P高于对照组,但是P水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组ASAb、EMAb及ACAb阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:RSA患者血清中的性激素水平及ASAb、EMAb、ACAb阳性率与健康女性有差异,可能与RSA的发生有关。Objective：To analyze correlation between sexual hormones and antibodies with recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods：50 cases with reproductive history receiving healthy physical examination were selected as control group,50 patients with RSA were selected as experimental groups.Adopting chemiluminescence to test levels of FSH,LH,E2,T and PRL of both groups; testing levels of E2 and P of implantation window phase.ELISA was used to detect ASAb,ACAb,AOAb,EMAb,TAAb,ZAAb and Ah CGAb.Results：Serum E2 and T level of experimental group were higher than control group at early follicular phase,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.At implantation window phase,the levels of E2 and the ratio of E2/P of experimental group were higher than control group,but its level of P was lower than control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Comparing positive rate of As Ab,Ac Ab and Em Ab of experimental group with control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The levels of serum sexual hormones and positive rate of As Ab,Ac Ab,Em Ab of RSA patients are correlated with RSA closely,which were different from healthy women.
