摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是引起终末期肾脏病的主要病因之一。如何早期筛选高危患者并进行针对性的治疗是目前研究的热点。组织学改变对于了解疾病的发病机制及判断预后意义重大。近期肾脏病理学会提出了新的糖尿病肾病病理分型标准,研究显示其在判断肾脏预后上具有指导价值。Diabetic nephropathy is a major cause of end-stage renal disease. To identify patients at high risk and to intervene early is a challenge for clinicians. Pathological changes are of great importance for understanding the underlying mechanisms and predicting outcome of diseases. Recently a new pathologic classification of diabetic nephropathy was launched by Renal Pathology Society. Studies indicated a predictive value of the classification in renal prognosis.
