摘　　要：颅内病变是包括脑卒中、高血压性脑病和癫痫在内的一类疾病的总称。妊娠合并颅内病变发病率低,早期症状不特异,产科临床对其疾病特点认识不足,影响早期诊断和及时恰当处理,是孕产妇死亡的重要病因。文章重点阐述妊娠合并脑卒中、高血压脑病和癫痫等颅内病变的孕期综合管理,以期提高产科临床早期诊断和处理能力,对减少孕产妇死亡和远期功能障碍的发生有重要意义。The incidence of intracranial lesions in women of childbearing age is relatively low,but these lesions（including stroke,hypertensive encephalopathy and epilepsy）are an important cause of maternal death or dysfunction. The clinicians lack knowledge about it because of low incidence and non-specific symptoms at early stage,which can affect the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. This article describes its prepregnancy assessment and management during pregnancy.
