摘　　要：气管内吹气是一种非常规呼吸支持技术，其主要作用是解决保护性肺通气策略时CO2潴留问题，减少呼吸机相关性肺损伤的发生，具有较大的应用前景。本文就气管内吹气技术的原理，分类及临床应用等作一简单介绍。Tracheal gas insufflation is a non conventional respiratory support technology. It might avoid severe CO2 retention in lung protective ventilation strategy, reduce ventilator-associated lung injury, which was recommented recently. In this article, we made a brief introduction of the principle, classification and clinical applications of tracheal gas insufflation technique.
