困境与出路:农村精神障碍患者家庭社会支持体系研究

摘　　要：家庭中的精神障碍患者会给其家庭带来巨大风险与负担。在我国农村,精神障碍患者家庭作为一个特殊弱势群体,不可避免会遇到诸多困境。基于湖北省L村的实地调查,其社会支持呈现微观层面亲属支持单一性与非稳定性、互助支持缺位,中观层面医院支持断裂、社区支持匮乏,宏观层面社会保障制度碎片化、社会组织支持真空、社区文化归因偏差等特性。在社会转型期,如何完善与构建农村精神障碍患者家庭社会支持体系,其出路应以政府为主导、社区为依托、社会组织协同参与为支持主体系统,以收入来源的拓展、心理支持的提供、社区互助支持力量的培育为支持内容,以专业社会工作嵌入作为其支持实现形式。Madmen in rural family will impose a huge risk and burden to the family.In Chinese rural areas,families of such kind,as a special vulnerable group,will inevitably encounter many predicaments.Based on an empirical research of L village in Hubei Province,this paper revealed the features of such kind of families from three perspectives.Microcosmically,lack and instability of relatives' support and lack of mutual support exist.Macrocosmically,the fragmentation of social security system,lack of social organizations support and the attribution bias of community culture exist.Absence of support from hospitals and communities also contribute to this.Then,this paper proposed methods to improve and construct a social support system to help families of such kind.In the social transition period,it is necessary to build a mechanism with government leading,community supporting,and social institutes participating,which embodies in income expansion,psychological support,mutual support in communities and the embedded professional social work.
