复方丹参注射液对子痫前期患者外周血CD152及vWF的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参注射液对子痫前期患者外周血CD152及vWF的影响作用,分析其治疗的机制。方法选取2015年1月—2016年6月期间在该院治疗的子痫前期住院患者134例进行比较分析。所有病例分为二组即对照组和观察组,其中对照组76例,观察组58例;二组均进行常规治疗,观察组加用复方丹参注射液予以治疗。采用流式细胞仪检测各组患者外周血中的CD152含量,应用ELISA法检测外周血中的vWF含量;并对所得结果进行统计分析。结果治疗后二组外周血中CD152含量明显降低,观察组外周血中CD152含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后二组外周血中vWF含量明显降低,观察组外周血中vWF含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液可有效降低子痫前期患者外周血中CD152和vWF含量,改善患者免疫平衡状态,降低炎症反应,有效控制子痫前期病程发展。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Injection on CD152 and vWF in peripheral blood of patients with preeclampsia and explore the mechanism of the treatment.Methods A comparative analysis of 134 hospitalized patients with preeclampsia in author＇s hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 was conducted.All cases were divided into two groups：the control group（n=76）and the observation group（n=58）.The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen injection.The content of CD152 in peripheral blood of patients in each group was detected by flow cytometry,and the content of vWF in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA.Results After treatment,the content of CD152 in peripheral blood of the two groups decreased significantly,and the content of CD152 in peripheral blood of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the content of vWF in peripheral blood of the two groups decreased significantly,and the content of vWF in peripheral blood of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Compound Danshen injection can effectively reduce the content of CD152 and vWF in the peripheral blood of patients with preeclampsia,improve the immune balance,reduce the inflammatory response,and effectively control the development of preeclampsia.
