摘　　要：简要介绍了瓜环化学的产生、发展、应用及结构特征。详细综述了:(1)新型瓜环化合物的合成、分离及应用;(2)瓜环金属离子配合物的合成及应用;(3)新型葫芦脲化合物的合成自组装及应用。并对瓜环化学的发展进行了展望。This paper introduces the generation, development, applications, and structure features of cucurbituril chemistry. Emphases are put on three parts： 1 synthesis, separation and applications of new cucurbituril compounds;2 synthesis and applications of cucurbituril metal ion complexes; 3 synthesis, self-assembly, and applications of new cucurbituril thiourea compounds. Future developments of cucurbituril chemistry are prospected in the end.
