布拉酵母菌散剂在牛奶蛋白过敏所致婴儿慢性腹泻中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨布拉酵母菌散剂(亿活)在牛奶蛋白过敏所致婴儿慢性腹泻中的疗效。方法选择120例牛奶蛋白过敏所致慢性腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予补液、支持对症等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上口服布拉酵母菌散剂(亿活),比较分析两组患儿的临床疗效、腹泻症状消失时间。结果与对照组相比,观察组的临床疗效更显著,腹泻症状消失时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌散剂治疗牛奶蛋白过敏所致婴儿慢性腹泻疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets in treatment of infants with chronic diarrhea caused by cow′s milk protein allergy.Methods 120 infants with chronic diarrhea caused by cow′s milk protein allergy were randomly divided into observation group or control group respectively.The 60 cases in control group received conventional therapy,including rehydration,antibacterial agents and antiviral agents,while the other 60 cases in observation group were given Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical effects in the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the clinical effect in observation group was better.The duration of diarrhea in observation group was shorter significantly.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets have significant clinical efficacy in treatment of infants with chronic diarrhea caused by cow′s milk protein allergy.
