摘　　要：前列腺癌根治术是局限性前列腺癌最有效的治疗方法。根据分离前列腺经由层面与前列腺筋膜的关系,前列腺根治术大致可分为经筋膜外、经筋膜间、经筋膜内切除等方法。筋膜内前列腺癌根治术是基于现代解剖观念对于前列腺周围神经及筋膜的理解而发展起来的一种全新术式,与传统手术相比,在保证肿瘤控制的同时,可有利于患者术后早期尿控功能的恢复及性功能的保留。Radical prostatectomy is the most effective treatment of localized prostate cancer. According to the position of prostate level and prostatic fascia before separation,the radical prostatectomy can be roughly divided into extrafascial,through-fascial and intrafascial approach. Intrafascial radical prostatectomy is a new approach developed based on the modern anatomic understanding of the cavernous nerves and prostatic fascia,comparing with the conventional approach,it is better for early recovery of urinary control and reservation of the sexual function under the premise of tumor control.
