维生素D与糖尿病周围神经病变相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来人们对维生素D的认识不再局限于参与了钙磷代谢,在多种慢性疾病(如心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤等)中维生素D也发挥了重要作用。糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病的主要慢性并发症之一,近年来关于维生素D与DPN之间的相关性研究也逐渐增多。维生素D在糖代谢、氧化应激、神经营养、血管保护方面都发挥重要作用,从而在一定程度上能预防和延缓DPN的发生、发展。Recently,it＇ s realized that the role of vitamin D is not confined to calcium and phosphate homeostasis,but also closely correlated with many chronic diseases（ cardiovascular diseases,metabolic disorders and tumor）. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN） is one of the main chronic complications of diabetic mellitus. An increasing quantity of researches are published about the relationship of vitamin D and DPN. Many studies have reported that vitamin D may play roles in glycometabolism,oxidative stress,neurotrophy and vascular protection to partly prevent and slow the development of DPN.
