摘 要:乙烯联合装置生产工艺复杂、工况苛刻,生产介质易燃易爆、有毒有害,一旦发生泄漏造成设备损失的同时,也会对作业人员造成严重的安全风险。从腐蚀介质和腐蚀机理等方面入手,对1 Mt/a乙烯联合装置的裂解和急冷等各工段可能发生腐蚀泄漏的系统进行排查,通过全面分析识别,评价确定高温炉管、进料预热等9个系统为乙烯联合装置的易腐蚀系统。运用作业条件危险评价法对乙烯联合装置易腐蚀系统进一步开展安全风险评价,客观评定发生腐蚀泄漏事故后的伤亡风险程度,并提出了防护措施。Integrated ethylene plant is characterized by complex process and harsh conditions, as well as inflammable, explosive, poisonous and harmful production medium. Leakage accident, if happen, will cause equipment damage and serious security risks to the operational staff. The cracking, quench and other sections of 1 Mt/a integrated ethylene plant that may suffer from corrosion leakage were investigated from the aspects of corrosive medium and mechanism. Through a comprehensive analysis and recognition, 9 systems of the plant, including high temperature furnace tubes, feed preheating system, etc. , were accessed and confirmed to be easily corroded. Based on the above results, the corrosion of integrated ethylene plant was further evaluated by LEC assessment method and the degree of casuahy risk after corrosion leakage accident was assessed objectively, nevertheless, corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward accordingly.
