地贞颗粒治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨地贞颗粒缓解女性围绝经期症状的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2015年1月门诊围绝经期女性患者60例,按先后顺序编号,奇数号为治疗组,予以地贞颗粒治疗;偶数号为对照组,予以谷维素、维生素E治疗,各根据药物剂量分别服用2个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,远高于对照组总有效率(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:地贞颗粒对于改善女性围绝经期症状效果明显。Objective：To explore the effect of the Dizhen Granule on relieving the female climacteric symptoms.Method：60 patients with peri-climacteric syndrome admitted in outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected.According to the successively sequence number,the odd number as the treatment group,received Dizhen Granules treatment,even number as the control group,received Oryzanol,Vitamin E treatment,according to the drug dose they were treated for 2 courses.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Result：The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was much higher than that of the control group（66.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of Dizhen Granules on the improvement of the peri menopausal symptoms in women is obvious.
