摘 要:智能电网的提出,使得通信业务使用单位对服务质量需求越来越高。以提升线路纵差保护业务服务质量为宗旨,文章从理论方面深入研究二纤双向复用段环倒换时及倒换后对线路纵差保护时延的影响,并通过搭建的泉州电力线路纵差保护专网对理论结果进行比较,论证该保护专网的可行性。文章的研究不仅可为泉州电力线路纵差保护专网的后续建设提供理论依据及工程实践提供支撑,而且为后续保护专网的运行管理制度的制定提供了依据。With the development of smart grid,the demand for communication service quality is becoming higher and higher.To improve the service quality of power line differential protection,this paper makes a deep theoretical research on influences of two fiber bidirectional multiplex section ring switching and after switching time delay on line differential protection,sets up Quanzhou electric power line differential protection network to compare the theoretical results,validates the feasibility of the protection network.This study not only provides theoretical basis and engineering practice for the subsequent construction of line differential protection network in Quanzhou,but also provides the basis for the formulation of the network operation and management system.
