摘　　要：针对桌面终端数量多、覆盖范围广、自建系统数量多的特点,国网湖南省电力公司长沙供电分公司深入研究和分析信息安全存在的隐患和问题,创新工作方法,在全省率先总结出一套现实可行、值得推广的信息安全隐患整治工作经验,通过优化安全加固工作流程,标准化管理安全漏洞,打造信息安全核心团队,创新安全防护工具,攻破安全技术难点,逐步消除了信息安全隐患,巩固了信息安全防线,提升了信息安全防护水平,为信息安全工作提供有效的管控手段。Aiming at the desktop terminal characteristics of large quantity,wide coverage range and lot of selfestablished systems,State Grid Changsha Power Supply Company investigated and analyzed the potential risks and problems of information security,studied and summarized a set of feasible and worthy promoting information risk remediation experience in Hunan province.By optimizing the security reinforcement work flow,standardizing the management of security vulnerabilities,building the core information security team,inventing security tools,security technical difficulties are resolved,which gradually eliminated the information security risks,consolidated the information security,enhanced the information security levels,provided an effective control means for the information security.
