摘　　要：介绍了高频焊接H型钢生产线的生产规格、原材料规格、生产能力,以生产型钢的工艺流程为主线,详细阐述了生产线准备区设备、生产线组立区设备、高频焊机等其他设备的构造、功能、特点,论述了各关键设备对产品质量的保证能力,经过试生产测试,该生产线试生产出的最大700×350×16×12的H型钢、最小150×100×4.5×3.2的H型钢以及其他规格型钢均符合国家标准。This paper introduces the production specifications, raw material specifications and production capacity of high-frequency welded H-section steel production line.Based on the process flow of section steel production, it describes the function,characteristic and structure of the equipment used in the production of steel, including the preparation area equipment, assembly area equipment, high-frequency welding machine and so on.Then the quality assurance ability of key devices is discussed.After a series of tests, this line can produce a variety of steel in line with national standards, with the maximum dimension of 700×350×16×12 and the minimum dimension of 150×100×4.5×3.2.
