摘  要:本文从500 k V超高压变电站生产实际出发,结合现有物联网技术,从原理、方法、设计、维护等各个方面,对研究的端子箱温湿度实时在线监测系统进行了系统说明。根据端子箱加热器存在的流程复杂、检查时间长、有触电烫伤风险的弊端,新研制了基于物联网技术的端子箱温湿度实时在线监测系统,该系统可以将测量到的温度、湿度等数据通过互联网上传至物联网平台。运维人员通过电脑登录指定网页,或通过手机、i Pad登录客户端,就可以实现现场数据的实时查看,提高了工作效率,避免了检查时造成的风险。Based on the production practice of 500 k V EHV substation and the Internet of things technology, the paper introduces the on-line monitoring system for terminal box temperature and humidity from the aspects of principle, method, design and maintenance.According to the disadvantages of heating device for terminal box, such as complicated process, risk of scalding and electric shock, a real-time on-line monitoring system for temperature and humidity of terminal box is developed based on the Internet of things technology.The technology can upload data of temperature, humidity and others to platform through the Internet.Then the operation staff can view the real-time data through computer, phone or Ipad.It can improve the work efficiency and avoid the risk caused by the inspection.
