摘 要:目的了解北京市社区防保人员培训情况及需求,为进一步完善相关培训提供参考。方法采取按比例分层整群抽样方法,2015年11~12月选取北京城区26家社区卫生服务中心,每家中心防保人员全部纳入,共388名防保人员参加问卷调查,统计方法实施频数统计、单因素R×C表χ2检验及多因素Ordinal回归分析。结果 1培训级别以区级(90.3%)及单位内部(61.9%)为主,培训机会少(91.5%)是主要诉求。284.5%的人认为专业培训对工作有帮助,专业实践技能(78.61%)是今后培训需要加强的首要内容。364.8%的人对培训内容较为满意,但对培训机会的满意度较低(56.4%)。4以培训机会为因变量,单因素分析发现,不同单位身份、不同执业类别及不同区之间的防保人员对培训机会的满意度差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Ordinal回归分析显示,与朝阳区相比,丰台区对培训机会有较高的满意度(P<0.05),其他区与朝阳区相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据实际需求优化培训内容、提供更多培训机会及高级别的培训是今后完善社区防保人员培训体系需要考虑的方向。Objective To understand the training status of preventive healthcare staffs in Beijing community and pro- vide references for improving relevant training policies. Methods A questionnaire survey was implemented in 388 preventive healthcare staffs from 26 community health service centers in 6 districts of Beijing by stratified cluster sampling from November to December 2015. Frequency statistic, R×C table chi square test for single factor and Ordinal regression for multi-factor analysis were used. Results (1)The training of district level (90.3%) and center level (61.9%) were mainly supplied, less training opportunities (91.5%) was the main appeal. (2)84.5% of the survey respondents agreed on the practicability of training, and 78.61% of them thought that professional skill training should be strengthened further. (3)64.8% and 56.4% of the responders were satisfied with the content and the frequency of training respectively. (4) There were significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of training frequencies between different units of identity, different types of practice and different areas by single factor analysis (all P 〈 0.05). Ordinal Logistic regress analysis found that the respondents from Fengtai District were more satisfied with the chance of training than those from Chaoyang District (P 〈 0.05), other districts compared with Chaoyang District had no statistically significant differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Revising the training content according to the actual demand of trainees, and providing more training opportunities and senior training should be considered to improve the future training system for community preventive and healthcare staffs.
