2010～2015年成都地区23家医院消化系统药品应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析成都地区23家医院2010~2015年消化系统药品的使用情况,为消化系统药品的合理使用和干预提供参考。方法采用销售金额、排名、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等参数对2010~2015年成都地区23家医院消化系统药品的使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 2010~2015年,成都地区23家医院消化系统药品及亚类保持增长,其中抑酸药及治疗消化性溃疡药连续6年销售金额居第1位。销售榜前10位药品稳定增长,包括5个质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)和4个保肝药;其中,5个PPIs和保肝药复方甘草酸苷的DDDs排名始终居于前6位。销售榜前10位药品的DDC均出现不同程度下降。结论 PPIs为消化系统药品中销售金额最高、使用频度最大的一类药品。前10位药品的销售金额和DDDs增长的同时,其DDC均出现下降,说明消化系统药品临床使用强度增大,但药品价格方面的改革取得了成功,降低了患者的药品费用。Objective To analyze the use of digestive system drugs in 23 hospitals of Chengdu Area from 2010 to 2015, in order to provide references for the rational use and intervention of digestive system drugs. Methods The application of the drugs in the digestive system in Chengdu from 2010 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed with the parameters of sales amount, rank, frequency of use （DDDs）, average daily charge （DDC） and so on. Results The total cost of digestive system drugs and their subgenera in Chengdu Area from 2010 to 2015 maintained stable growth; the sales amount of antiacids and medicines for peptic ulcer treatment was ranked first for 6 consecutive years. The amount of sales of the top 10 drugs including 5 proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） and 4 hepatoprotectants also kept growing. The DDDs of 5 kinds of PPIs and hepatic protectant of Compound Glycyrrhizin always ranked in the forefront. The DDC of the top 10 drugs was decreased at different degree. Conclusion In the digestive system drugs, PPIs have the highest amount of sales and the largest frequency of use. The top 10 drugs sales amount and DDDs kept growing, while their DDC declined. This shows that the intensity of clinical use of digestive system drugs increased, but the reform of drug prices has been successful and medication cost reduced.
