普米克令舒吸入联合阿斯美治疗感染后咳嗽的效果

摘　　要：目的研究普米克令舒吸入联合阿斯美治疗感染后咳嗽的效果。方法选择2015年8月~2016年8月在成都市第二人民医院诊断为感染后咳嗽患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,每组40例。A组给予雾化吸入普米克令舒+口服阿斯美,B组给予口服阿斯美,疗程均为7 d。观察和分析两组治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、有效率、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果两组治疗后咳嗽评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组治疗后咳嗽评分显著低于B组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率(92.5%)明显高于B组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中文版莱塞斯特咳嗽生命质量问卷(LCQ)评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组治疗后中文版LCQ评分显著高于B组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论普米克令舒吸入联合阿斯美口服有协同治疗感染后咳嗽的作用,疗效显著,且不良反应轻微,能明显改善患者生活质量,可安全有效地应用于临床。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of inhalation of Pulmicort respules combined with Asmeton in the treatment of post-infectious cough. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as post-infectious cough in the Second People＇s Hospital of Chengdu from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The group A was given inhalation of Pulmicort respules combined with oral Asmeton, the group B was given oral Asmeton, the course of the two groups was both 7 d. The cough symptoms scores, effective rates, scores of quality of life and side effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment, the cough scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the cough score after treatment in group A was lower than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the total effective rate in group A （92.5%） was higher than that in group B （70.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of Leicester cough question- naire （LCQ） of Chinese version in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the score of LCQ of Chinese version in group A was higher than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Both groups had no side effects. Conclusion Inhalation of Pulmicort respules combined with oral Asmeton has synergy effects for post-infectious cough, the effects are significant, and the side effects are light, which can significantly improve the quality of life, and can be applied in clinic safely and effectively.
